Main BuildingPool Front RoomOur cozy, economical Pool Front Rooms are located at the back of the Main Building - on the deck and just a few steps away from our tropical pool. Each room sleeps up to 4 people, with one double bed and one double-size fold-out sleep sofa. The room also has a nightstand and lamp, chair, small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, air conditioner, and bathroom with shower. Efficiency RoomOur convenient Efficiency Rooms are downstairs on the front side of the Main Building, conveniently located by the parking lot. These rooms can accomodate up to 6 guests, with two double beds and one double-size fold-out sleep sofa. The kitchenette at the back of each room has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cupboards & countertop, and a small table with chairs. The room also has a dresser, nightstand, lamp, cable TV, window air conditioner, and full bathroom. 1-Bedroom SuiteOur comfortable 1-Bedroom Suties are upstairs on the front side of the Main Building. Enjoy relaxing on the shared front balcony or take a shortcut to the pool via the bedroom exit door to the back balcony off the bedroom. Up to 8 guests can be accomodated, with two double beds in the bedroom and two double-size fold-out sleep sofas in the living room. The roomy bedroom also has a closet, dresser, chair, nightstand, lamp, air conditioner, and ceiling fan. In addition to the two sleep sofas, the living room area has end tables, a lamp, dining table with chairs, cable TV, and window air conditioner. Kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, plenty of cupboards and countertop space. Room has full bathroom. West BuildingFamily RoomOur roomy Family Rooms are upstairs in the West Building. Relax on the shared front balcony and enjoy the convenience of the back-door entrance from the parking area, conveniently located behind the building. Family Rooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with two double beds and one queen-size sleep sofa. The room has an armoire containing a microwave, small refrigerator, and cable TV; nightstand, lamp, small dining table and chairs, air conditioners, and full bathroom. 3-Bedroom SuiteLocated on the ground floor of the West Building, this large suite sleeps up to 12 people. Bedroom #1 has one double bed, a small dresser, air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 has one double bed, one single bed, a dresser, and air conditioner. Bedroom #3 has one double bed, one single bed, a dresser, night stand, closet, and air conditioner. The living room has two queen-size sleep sofas, a coffee table, end table, lamp, cable TV, small dining table & chairs, and an air conditioner. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, lots of cupboards and countertop space. One full bathroom. Each bedroom has two double beds, a dresser, large closet, and air conditioner. The kitchennette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, lots of cupboards and countertop space. One full bathroom. North Building2-Bedroom SuiteThis comfortable ground-floor unit on the front side of our North Buildign has a large, private porch - perfect for people watching while you relax with family and friends. Just around the side of the building and a few steps across our private deck area is the tropical pool. This room comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. The front bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, a closet, nightstand, lamp, and dresser. The living room has two fold-out sleep sofas, electric fireplace, end tables, lamp, small dining table with chairs, cable TV, and air conditioner. The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, stainless steel sink, and cupboards. Full bathroom. 1-Bedroom Pool Front SuiteThis ground floor unit at the back of the North Building feels cozy and secluded - with its private patio, gated entrance from 13th street (a very short 1-block stroll to the beach and Boardwalk), and patio entrance to the pool. This suite sleeps up to 8 people. The bedroom has two double beds, a nightstand, lamp, and air conditioner. There is a closet in the hallway just outside of the bedroom door. The living room has two double-size sleep sofas, an end table, lamp, ceiling fan, air conditioner, and dining table with chairs. The kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cupboards, and countertop. Bathroom with shower. 2-Bedroom Pool Front SuiteThis upstairs suite at the back of the North Building is one of our most popular units! Everyone loves the large, private balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy your meals at the picnic table and spend relaxing evenings lounging with friends. Go to and from your room from the inside stairway or use the back stairs to go directly from the pool to the balcony to the Pergo-floor living room. This unit accommodates up to 9 people. Bedroom #1 has one double bed and one single bed, a nightstand, lamp, dresser, closet, air conditioner, and ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 has one double bed, a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The living room has two sleep sofas, an end table, lamp, cable TV, dining table & chairs, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. Pictures coming soon 3-Bedroom SuiteThis 2-story unit on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our North Building is our largest! It will sleep up to 17 people - making it perfect for your large group of friends. The inside entry door is on the 2nd floor of the building and pool front access is from the 3rd floor bedroom. 7th Street Apartment2-Bedroom ApartmentThis apartment is perfect for senior weekers who want to be in the middle of all the action. Our 2-bedroom apartment is located on 6th Street and and is a part of the Burgundy Inn. This apartment sleeps 8 people with each bedroom having one double bed and one twin bed. The living room has one queen-size sofa bed with a matching chair, an end table, cable TV, and window air conditioner. The full kitchen comes with a stove/oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator. The balcony area in front is perfect for relaxing with your friends after a day at the beach. ** 4-Bedroom ApartmentOur 4-Bedroom Apartment is located just one and a half blocks from the busiest part of the Boardwalk. This apartment will accomodate up to 18 people. Bedroom #1 has one double bed, Bedroom #2 has three twin beds, Bedroom #3 has two double-beds, and Bedroom #4 has one double and one single bed. There are three sleep sofas in the living room. All of the bedrooms and the living room have window air conditioners. Two and a half baths and cable TV in the living. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and plenty of cabinets. The front porch on Philadelphia is perfect for relaxing and "people watching." ** Pictures coming soon
**All amenities (tropical pool, bikes, boggie boards, ice, etc.) at the Hotel are available for guests at the 7th street location. Free parking permitted on street by apartment, plus one free parking space at the Burgundy Inn. |
